在Ubuntu 9.10上安装Emacs方法

在Ubuntu 9.10上安装Emacs方法:

看了网上很多关于Emacs安装的方法，没有搜索到一个真正能用的。
安装网上的说明：要CVS, SSH等软件，这些东西都不知道怎么搞！输入：sudo apt-get install emacs后，出现提示为：

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree     
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package emacs 

下面是我自己摸索的方法：

首先接上网线：

第一步：进入root用户，在一般用户下进入root 用户的方法： su root,然后输入密码就可以进入了，超级用户标记：#
 
第二步，更新ubuntu: 命令如下：sudo apt-get update，将看到很多更新的东东；
第三步： 输入：sudo apt-get install emacs 安装。

此时可以测试一下：输入：emacs 就可以打开了

第四步：退出超级用户：按ctrl+D 键 （在超级用户下使用是不安全的）
