Ubuntu Eee是针对华硕Eee PC而做了优化的一个Ubuntu版本。Ubuntu 8.04.1在七月的时候已经发布了，经过Ubuntu Eee团队的努力，Ubuntu Eee 8.04.1终于做好了，Ubuntu Eee 8.04.能支持更多的Eee PC，启动的速度更快而且占用的空间更小了。

Ubuntu Eee 8.04.1主要有以下修改：

使用 Adam定制的内核

支持 Asus Eee 700, 900, 900A, 901, 1000 和1000H

系统占用空间 1.8 GB
