AOL Stands For “Application Object Library”. AOL is data repositiry for your Oracle Applications. It keeps track of all application objects like users(Apps), Responsibilities, Menus, Applications, Functions etc.

 

AOL is a primary component of the Applications Technology layer. It is a collection of programs and database tables that provide common functionality across all applications.
