错误信息：
[Oracle@www.bkjia.com ~]$ emctl start dbconsole
TZ set to PRC
OC4J Configuration issue. /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2/db_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_localhost.localdomain_orcl not found.
解决办法：
方法一（推荐）： 使用dbca对数据库重新配置下即可
方法二：手动配置

This is due to a misconfiguration of dbconsole during database setup. The fastest solution is usually to recreate repository and configuration.
First, deconfigure dbconsole:
