新增加一个Linux用户登录sqlplus

安装好Oracle之后，想用其他Linux用户登录sqlplus，
$usermod -g oinstall zhou
$cp /home/oracle/.bash_profile /home/zhou/.bash_profile

发现失败！
出现如下的问题：
SQL*Plus: Release 9.2.0.1.0 - Production on 星期五 7月 27 02:19:10 2007

ERROR:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27121: unable to determine size of shared memory segment
Linux Error: 13: Permission denied

从上面的提示来看主要是权限不够，操作被os拒绝了，shared memory segment无法访问，

$cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin/
$chmod +s oracle
这样不见得是最好的授权方式，你可以根据自己的环境来给group 或other授予s权限
让其他os 用户可以访问oracle的共享内存，然后再让其他os用户运行sqlplus来登录数据库，就不报这样的错误了。

ilasserver用非oracle用户起动不了。
是因为其他用户权限不够，不能访问ilasserver目录下文件；
chmod -R 777 ilasserver就可以了；
