Debian虚拟机安装VMware tools

 

前提：

虚拟机版本： VMware Workstation 8.0

客户机类型和版本： Debian 6.0.5

   

虚拟机初始安装完毕，如果直接安装，会出现 如下错误提示（即使已经使用apt-get gcc安装了gcc ）：

"The path "usr/bin/gcc" is not a valid path to the gcc binary path" 

 

"The path "" is not a valid path to the 2.6.32-5-686 kernel header"

    所以初次使用之前还要做如下工作：

1.查看内核文件  www.2cto.com  

ls /usr/src

显示没有文件

uname -r

显示2.6.32-5-686

然后安装头文件

apt-get install linux-headers-2.6.32-5-686

2.apt-get install make

3.apt-get install build-essential

 

然后再安装，就行了
