ubuntu 12.04云：virtualbox启动的问题

 

Ubuntu 12.04发布了，在虚拟机中安装，启动提示错误。

 

This kernel requires the following features not present on the CPU:

pae  www.2cto.com  

Unable to boot - please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU.

 

经过搜索发现pae是物理地址扩展，

可能因为Ubuntu发现似乎很多人的PC都具备了4GB以上的内存吧？

所以需要在虚拟机中启用这个选项。
 

方法是选中虚拟机，

Machine--Setting--System--Processor--Extended Features: Enable PAE/NX.

然后再启动就可以进入Ubuntu了。
