阿里PK工商，有史以来最势均力敌的官民对决，阿里官民

中国互联网行业从来不缺热闹，尤其是口水战。淘宝与工商总局的隔空对决，可谓是2015年开年以来最热的撕逼大战，而且还在不断升级中。即使由于种种原因，短期的直接对决可能不会持续太久，但暗中的对决，以及对决的影响，将会持续很长很长的时间。

1、对于阿里，外媒聚焦假货；对于工商总局，外媒聚焦政府诚信

这次对决，让国人作出选择其实很难，但是老外就没那么难了，我们先看看外媒是怎么报道的：

美联社：《China criticizes Alibaba inreport withheld until afterIPO》，标题把新闻点放在“中方扣留了涉及阿里巴巴的假货报告（即白皮书），直到它在美国IPO成功后才公开”。

英国天空电视台官网：《Alibaba Sells ShoddyGoods Says China Watchdog》，ShoddyGoods是假冒伪劣产品的意思。

美国之音标题亮明了态度：《中国揭开了网售假货的盖子》。

美国有线电视新闻网CNN：《中国对阿里巴巴发布措辞严厉的报告》，开头特别有意思：“Nobusiness is safe from scrutiny in China -- not even its startechfirm.”这句话出于众所周知的原因就不翻译了，scrutiny是“详细审查”的意思。

美国福克斯电视台官网跟其他几家外媒一样，聚焦中国国家工商总局为了给阿里巴巴上市让路、事先“隐藏”了这份报告。

从外媒的报道的可以看出，他们更关注的是假货问题，而且关注的程度远远超过了国内的媒体和民众。至于工商总局，我们关注的是政府的不作为或者乱作为，关注的是是否用情绪的针对淘宝，而外媒的角度则不同，关注的焦点在于中国政府的不诚信，故意隐瞒事实欺骗国际舆论。

所以，在国际舆论上，不仅阿里与工商总局是两败俱伤，而且给整个中国电商行业抹了黑，当然更给中国政府抹了黑。假货与诚信这两个标签，估计要更加深刻的烙在了国门外。

2、对于假货问题

正如美国之音报道的标题，《中国揭开了网售假货的盖子》。不管揭开者是什么目的，这个盖子终于以非常规手段揭开了，这是个好事。

假货问题，是中国制造业的顽疾。这个问题上，最大的受害者是中国的老百姓，最大的责任者是中国政府，当然工商总局首当其冲。至于阿里，即使受害者，又是责任人，但既不是最大的受害者，也不是最大的责任人。

以阿里为代表的中国电商从业者，有责任帮助消费者过滤假冒伪劣，改进中国制造的国际形象。从这个角度看，正如那位80后的工商小编所言，阿里和工商总局是队友。

另据了解，有一些集中造假的窝点，甚至是整个一个村子，但就是没人查，或者差不了。这也是中国特色，就好像东莞，大众都知道那儿是性都，但就是公安不知道。造假窝点也如此。

3、有史以来最势均力敌的官民对决

关于这种事件，专题做的最好的还是新浪，类似的专题都会有个小调查，这次当然也不例外。“工商总局大战淘宝，你支持谁”的调查中，支持淘宝和支持工商总局的比例基本持平，一半一半。支持淘宝的比例略微高一点点，说明民众对于政府乱作为的痛恨要高于对假货的痛恨。

从调查看，这次对决是势均力敌的。同时，这也应该是中国有史以来最势均力敌的官民对决。

封建社会自不必说了，那是另一个体制。进入新中国后，几十年来，或许也有一些看上去势均力敌的案例，但那都是地方上的，级别不够。

从大企业的角度看，虽然也有类似于阿里或者比阿里更庞大的民营企业，但他们都不具备和政府对决的硬朗腰板。房地产之类的传统企业与生俱来就与政府有千丝万缕的联系，甚至都离不开政府的势力。即使像海尔这样的中国制造业的骄傲，或者像华为联想这样的高科技企业，要么需要政府的各种补贴，要么政府就是他们的大客户，挑战之前，先失三分底气。

只有像阿里这样2C的企业，又是完全靠市场摸爬滚打起来的，又具有这么庞大的体量，IPO之后更具有巨大的国际影响力，才有可能敢去摸老虎的屁股。

所以，阿里PK工商总局，成为中国有史以来最势均力敌的官民对决，这才是这个事件最大的历史意义。此事，也不能说太细，就到这儿吧。
